We hereby inform you that on January 12, 2024, a merger of companies took place through the acquisition by the Acquiring Company – TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o., based in Lubochnia, of the Acquired Company – TOMPLAN Group Sp. z o.o. sp.k., also based in Lubochnia.
This means that TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o. has, by operation of law, become a party to all contracts previously concluded by the company TOMPLAN Group Sp. z o.o. sp.k. and will continue the business activities of this entity.
