We hereby inform you that on January 12, 2024, a merger of companies took place through the acquisition of the Acquiring Company – TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lubochnia, by the Acquiring Company – TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Lubochnia. This means that TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o. became, by operation of law, a party to all agreements concluded to date by TOMPLAN Group Sp. z o.o. sp.k. and will continue the business operations of that entity.
