Privacy Policy

This document constitutes the Privacy Policy for the portal https://tomplan.eu.
The Privacy Policy is divided into two parts:
Part I “Cookies” – applies to all Users using the portal https://tomplan.eu,
Part II “Personal Data” – applies only to those Users whose personal data is processed by the Administrator of the Portal.

Part I – Cookies

Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, which are stored on the User’s terminal device (the device on which the web browser is located) and are intended for use on the portal https://tomplan.eu. We clarify that introducing individual restrictions in the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the portal https://tomplan.eu.

Part II – Personal Data

We inform you that according to the provisions of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the administrator of your personal data is TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o., located in Lubochnia (97-217), at ul. Tomaszowska 50, email: biuro@tomplan.pl.

Your personal data collected during the use of the website https://tomplan.eu may be processed for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry sent via email or through the contact form on our portal under the “Contact” section. Processing occurs based on your consent – under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

  • To send you information about our products, offers, and promotions to the email address provided (newsletter). Processing occurs based on your consent – under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the processing purpose or until you withdraw your consent. Your personal data will not be profiled or subjected to automated processing by the Administrator.

Remember, you can withdraw your consent at any time without providing a reason. You can do this by sending an email to us at biuro@tomplan.pl with the message: “I withdraw my consent for the processing of my personal data for responding to inquiries via email / for receiving the newsletter.” The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data that was carried out before its withdrawal.

Your personal data may be shared with an IT company for the necessary servicing of our IT systems.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict processing, as well as the right to request the transfer of personal data to another data controller. To exercise these rights, simply write to us at biuro@tomplan.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
