Who is the data controller?
We inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (commonly referred to as GDPR), your data controller is TOMPLAN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lubochni (97-217), at ul. Tomaszowska 50, email: biuro@tomplan.pl.
Why do we need your data and how long will we store it?
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry sent via email or through the contact form. Processing will be based on your consent – under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The provision of your personal data, such as name, surname, email address, and phone number, is voluntary, and failure to provide this information would prevent us from responding to your inquiry. After responding to your inquiry, your personal data will be deleted after a period of 12 months. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated processing.
When and how can you withdraw your consent?
Remember, you can withdraw your consent at any time without providing a reason. You just need to send an email to us at biuro@tomplan.pl with the message: “I withdraw my consent for the processing of my personal data for responding to inquiries via email.” The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data that we carried out before its withdrawal.
Who can we share your personal data with?
Your personal data may be shared with an IT company for the necessary servicing of our IT systems.
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict processing, as well as the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.
